What are the check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out before 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is US$20, subject to availability.
How do payments work?+
The standard rate requires 60% at booking and 40% 12 days before arrival. A US$150 security deposit is due at check-in and returned after inspection, normally within 1–2 days.
What if I cancel?+
Standard rate: free cancellation more than 12 days before arrival. Within 12 days, the fee is 60%; same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 100%.
What house rules should I know?+
Quiet hours are 9 PM to 9 AM. No parties or smoking indoors. Additional cleaning during your stay is US$20.
